Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
If your item is out of stock, or marked as fraud risk with our security team, your order will be cancelled, and your payment will not be captured. The payment hold will be taken off of your transaction after normal refund processing times. Standard bank processing times are 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Your item must be in original unused condition to be returned. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of your item being delivered. All returns are subject to a 15-30% restocking fee. Restocking fees vary from brand to brand.
NOTE: Items that are custom powder coated or made to order cannot be returned.
Once an order is processed, the sale is final. If an order needs to be cancelled for whatever reason, the order is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If you make a mistake when ordering, you can contact our Customer service team and they can assist you. If an item has been shipped, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back.
